Rental Fees  2023/Small & Petite Weddings  ONLY in 2024

Wedding/large gathering starting at $3900. Weekend (Noon Friday to noon Sunday).  This price includes

tables and chairs for up to 144 guests*, eight banquet tables, premium restroom facilityHen House and Bull Pen 

changing rooms, rustic door wedding arch, wedding gazebo, onsite venue coordinator, and rehearsal dinner location.

*For more than 144 guests, add $5 per chair and $8 per table. Each guest table seats a maximum of eight guests.

Gatherings are held in our beautiful white wedding tent adjacent to the barn or our Enchanted Orchard. 

Small Private Events- $400 for 8 hours rental, plus cost of tables and chairs.  Mon-Thurs and Sun afternoon.

Great option for birthdays, graduation parties, showers and family reunions!  (Tables $8, chairs $5)

Must use our tables and chairs.


Basic Rental Fee Includes:


~  Sole use of public areas of the farm

~ Ample parking

~ White wedding barrel/table

~ Eight 6ft rectangle tables

~ White gazebo

~ Your choice of reception areas

~ Metal trough for chilling drinks

~Cascading light patio

~ Can we use outside catering?  Yes.  For your convenience, we have a list of recommended caterers.

~ How much are tables and chairs? Five foot rounds are $8 and chairs are $5. We can rent you seating for 200 guests.


~What about head tables for the wedding party?  We can provide eight 6 foot banquet or head tables with seating at no cost.


~ Can we serve alcohol?  Yes.  You must hire a TIPS or TAM certified and insured, professional bartender.


~ Can we have a DJ?  Yes!  Music must be kept at a reasonable level.  No subwoofers. Music must end by 10:30.  We respect our neighbors right to a peaceful       slumber. 


~ Weddings/large gatherings must end by 11pm.


~ Can we decorate?  Yes, we want your event to reflect your unique taste and personality within the restrictions listed below.


~ Do we need insurance?  Yes, you need to purchase special event liability insurance and include Kehoe Farm Events, LLC in the documentation.

~Do we get our cleaning/damage deposits back after the event?  Yes, provided the barn, grounds, and restroom facility are cleaned and undamaged.


What are we responsible for?


The remainder of your rental fee and damage deposits are due to Kehoe Farm Events six months before your event.  


Your proof of event insurance, and the bartender’s credentials and insurance, are due Kehoe Farm Events no less than two weeks before event.


Set up of your event AND clean-up after the event.  Damage/cleanup deposit will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection within two weeks after your event.


Table linens/coverings for ALL TABLES being used. This includes food, food prep, dessert, and the DJ tables.  



Table coverings & decor must be made of nonflammable/nonmeltable material on food/banquet tables.

The use of candles, tea lights, sparklers, fireworks, and firearms is not allowed.  The use of battery operated tea lights is permitted.  Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the tent or farm buildings.  We will assign a designated smoking area. 


No nails, tacks, or glue of any kind may be used to affix decorations in or on the barn, outbuildings, fencing, trees or rental items. 


Crockpots, electric roasters, coffee urns, other electric devices and extension cords must be pre-approved by KFE managment before use.


The use of sequins, jewels, and confetti and artificial flower petals are discouraged. These items increase cleaning time and may result in loss of your cleaning deposit.
